I decided to start making posts on this that aren't just photos of junk I've accumulated. The junk photos will keep coming. I just haven't picked up much of late. I did find a creepy old suit case full of 1980's unworn baby clothes. It was awesome. But I got sick of it sitting in my lounge room so I went back to the curb before I got to snap some photos. Sometimes you just go to give in to the need for a clean floor.

I spent the weekend with Susy at Sam and Marnie's awesome wedding in Jenolan Caves. I was a grooms men and the dress was Victorian. The era, not south of the border hipster. Best wedding I've ever been too. The ceremony was in a cave. With a string band. The reception in the historic Caves House. With rustic table displays and a sound track of Blue Line Medic and Minus the Bear. Amazing.

Two Thousand and Mine is all about getting fit again. Hiking. Traveling and getting my finances into gear. Newtown Party Burga is a Cunt Dead. I want to go overseas again for a long hike. Nepal or Peru or maybe even Japan. I think Japan has good hiking trails in the north. I've never felt more relaxed and carefree then when I was on Kilimanjaro, so let me aim for that again.

Social Science Primary School Folders

These were an awesome find. I got about 30 of them for a massive $2. Mostly Australian topics, like the first fleet and the first Australians. I placed them in the library I set up at work a few months ago.
The art in them great. Soo brings me back to primary school.

Pitfall Atari 2600

How good is this game. It's a bit hard too. Once again the gong trip.

The World We Live In

I can't remember how much this cost. Not much. From the same trip to Wollongong when I picked up the Girl Guides Tea Towel.

Girl Guides Tea Towel

I don't usually buy tea towels but this one really stood out. I can imagine it proudly tacked to the kitchen door of a family home back in 1979.
$1. Vinnies Wollongong

Something Old

I like to Op Shop. Many times a week in fact. It's a bit of an obsession actually. So here I thought I might as well blog about some of my more interesting purchases.
